(skĕpʹtĭ-kəl) adjective. Marked by or given to doubt; questioning, ragu-ragu, was-was, skeptis: he was sceptical about his chances of success, dia ragu-ragu terhadap peluangnya untuk berjaya; in spite of all the evidence, she remained sceptical, walaupun terdapat banyak bukti, dia masih ragu-ragu.

A doubting or questioning attitude or state of mind; dubiety, sikap ragu-ragu, sikap skeptis; (doubt that one feels about something) keraguan, rasa ragu-ragu, rasa was-was: the police accepted his story with some scepticism, polis menerima kebenaran ceritanya dengan rasa ragu-ragu.
